Calorized Ceramic Coated Oxygen Lance
Introduction

  


In the process of steel making with open furnace and electric furnace, due to high temperature and violent oxidation reaction, the consumption rate of steel pipe used for oxygen blowing is very high. In order to save cost, XINGRUI has invented and designed and produced the new calorized oxygen lance.


  In the calorized process, the steel pipe is placed in a steel steam with mixture of calorized and refractory, then the sealed steel is distilled and placed in a furnace and heated to a high temperature. Keep it high for a while and then let it cool down to warm.


  After cooling, remove the steel pipe from the distillation tank and remove the residue.


  In the calorized process, the formed layer is a mixture of refractory, which makes the material have the strength of the steel pipe, the corrosion protection of the refractory layer and the heat protection of the refractory alloy, greatly improving the heat resistance.


  The exclusive process invented by XINGRUI tightly combines the steel pipe and the coating. After years of research, it is found that the most effective method is to infiltrate aluminum into the surface of the steel pipe to improve the wear resistance of the steel pipe, and refractory inside and outside the steel pipe can improve the wear resistance and fire resistance of the steel pipe, which can greatly reduce the cost while reducing the smelting time.
